Another Transportation from Spain

22 more galgos from Pep’s kennels in Vic, Barcelona arrived into the care of Josephine van den Bergh of Greyhounds Rescue Belgium on 13th/14th September 2003.

Thanks are due especially on this occasion to Jo Stoop and Belinda of GRB who bravely took on this very responsible task for the first time of driving this precious cargo across several frontiers, from Spain to a new life in Belgium.

Several volunteers were involved in this rescue; among them were Laura in Andujar, Rafa in Cordoba who did the primary rescue of some of these dogs, Mo and Pep in Barcelona. Thanks to all our supporters who helped fund the veterinary preparation and internal and international transportation and other costs.

Thanks once again to Marcella Zappeij for the wonderful photographs!
