The galgos arrive in Switzerland, thanks to Manuela of Levriers Swiss Adoptions

Another busy month with more galgos leaving Spain for homes in Belgium and Switzerland.

We are happy to report that four more dogs left Alpha kennels near Cadiz , Spain, for Brussels. They were Rayo, Spook, Guapa and Makele - all had homes waiting for them thanks to Josephine and her team at GRB

Carlos drove to Vic to collect galgos for Manuela of Levriers Swiss Adoptions - they were Piporro, Linda, Belinda and Yako from Mada in Almendralejo, Socrates, Aristoeles and Tolomeo from Balbino in Albacete, Yuma, Lisa and Aman from Carmen in Jaen. Again, all of these dogs had homes waiting for them and many happy families were there to greet them on arrival in Switzerland.

We are grateful to Balbino and his team in Arca de Noe, Albacete, Mada of RECAL in Almendralejo and Carmen in Jaen, for their primary rescue in Spain and to Pep and Pilar (Vic) and April and Paul (Cadiz) for all their care and veterinary work preparing these galgos for their transports to homes.

More galgos are coming into the kennels and refuges now ready for transportations to Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland and the UK over the next two months.
