March transportationsMore galgos left Spain in March to start their new lives in Belgium, France, Italy and Slovenia, which meant of course that more could come in from the refuges in Albacete, Almendralejo and Cadiz. Jacqueline and Max from France went to Vic to collect Fiona, Blondie, Carmela, Pixie, Extremeno and Cortijero. Then Wilfrid, also from France, went to collect Susie, Martha, Ringo, Gala, Martina and Wanda. Josephine and Nadine of Greyhounds Rescue Belgium have flown twice to Malaga to collect Hope, Bala, Teresa, Tango, Reina, Maggie, Legendario and Deisel. Thanks again to Balbino and his team in Albacete for organizing the veterinary care of 17 galgos for homing by Elisa and Chiara of the Greyhound Adopt Centre Italy (GACI) and Nina of SLOVENSKO DRUŠTVO ZA POMOČ HRTOM.
