This
walk, approximately 3¾ miles long, should take around 1½ hrs at
a leisurely pace. It covers a diverse area of woodland and
open heath with some water stops for the dogs to enjoy.
There are footbridges over most of the streams along the route but
it can be muddy in a couple of places – especially after heavy
rainfall. Please wear appropriate footwear/waterproofs
dependent on recent weather!

forest, especially horses and horse riders.

leave the A31 Ringwood-Southampton road at Picket Post,
follow signs through Burley to Brockenhurst. Stay on this road
which skirts the edge of Brockenhurst and then doubles back

A donation of £2.00 per person for Greyhounds in Need will be collected before the start of the walk.
All dogs must be kept under the control and supervision of their owners.
